Course sizes are limited to ensure that each person gets the time and focus to thrive. Once you have registered your interest, one of the DOT Academy team will be in touch when the next course dates are available and ensure that you are the right fit for your experience.
What are the course payment methods?
When your place on the course is confirmed, you will be sent a stripe payment link to pay online with a credit or debit card.
Do you offer payment plans?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer any payment plans right now but do feel free to contact us and we can discuss how we can help.
Do you have intermediate and advanced level courses?
Don’t worry, we are working on the course content for these and will post about new courses on our socials when they are ready.
Outside of the courses, how much time do I need to dedicate to DOT Academy?
In short, it depends on your learning style. You will be given resources during the course and the more you know the material the better prepared you will be for the future.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation within 4 weeks of the course starting will result in a full refund. If you cancel within two weeks of the course starting, you will be entitled to a 50% refund. If you cancel within 72 hours of the course starting, your course will still need to be paid for.

DOT Academy teachers are seniors and leaders with a great industry track record for delivering results. They bring real-world experience and examples to our courses offering first-hand insights about the industry.
What are the classes like?
Our courses are made up using both theory and hands-on learning (where possible!) to ensure that you get the most out of the training. You will be taught about best practices, real-world examples, and industry-standard tools.
